We stayed for 4 nights and loved this hotel! it was very hot in Chiang Mai and they always gave us all the water we needed. the air conditioning worked great in the room, the pool was a perfect temperature, and most of all the staff was extra friendly at front desk, cleaning crew and restaurant. they helped us book tours too. great location. thumbs up

This place was incredible. I would stay in it any anytime and no questions about it from the facilities. Everything has like a very authentic team. The employees treat us extremely well. The breakfast was superb.

The breakfast was not worth eating Staff friendly but cats humoing at 4am not awesome For price it wasn’t worth it but I’m Canadian so cost more

Not good value for money. High rates, but no English speaking channels on TV. Bar never open. Staff very good, but hotel lacking, especially given high price.

We do apologize for any of your inconvenience cause during your stay. Our bar is open daily at the restaurant terrace but for the pool bar we service by on call order and the pool bar is closed at 17.00 pm to avoid any disturbance noise to rooms around the bar. Regarding to English TV Channel pro grams that you are missed with this service, We have to apologize that our staff did not inform you well enough for our smart tv facility in the room. The TV is connected to the internet for supporting any online entertainments i.e. youtube, netflix and INFOSAT android TV box which has a variety international channels such as CNN, BBC or CNA. We do sorry for our miscommunication and cause you feel that we are not good value for money. If there is any chance to compensate in the future stay of you at THE RIM RESORT Chiangmai, please kindly contact me directly.Once again thank you very much for being our value patronage and do hope to welcome you again.Best regards,HOTEL MANAGER and TEAM
