Gate stair and slope are unsafe for tight parking spaces and stair caused my tire exploded. Noisy when upper room taking shower

The staffs are welcoming. The room is clean and decent. Free water, yogurt and fruits are extra point for this hotel. However, it is very noisy as in you are able to hear the sound from other rooms (people taking bath and walking/talking at the corridor) and in the morning there will be a special morning call by the staff washing the dishes at ground floor (my room is at 4th floor) and the breakfast ..

Location is a bit far from the main road, Insulation not so good, you can hear airplane noise and people from next room.

It was a new, kinda hipster like hotel and it was pretty cool! We loved the spaces, cleanliness, decor. We only believe that the staff could probably improve their english as we barely understood anything they said. Other than that it was great!

some good some bad....

the hotel is clean. rooms comfortable. good wifi. the afternoon staff friendly and helpful. however, some of the morning staff should improve. I suffer from food allergy. I asked to have simple rice for breakfast. the morning manager claimed they don't have rice. the next morning I asked for rice again and was told- no rice. since every Thai kitchen has rice, I insisted on getting rice. at that point a staff member went to the kitchen, opened the rice pot and gave me some rice. I don't know why they lied and claimed not to have rice. this small conflict made me feel uncomfortable, so I will not visit this hotel again.

Thanks for the comment Our hotel doesn't have rice on the first day of your stay. And on the second day the hotel bought a special rice for you Because the staff don't want you to curse at him like the first day Therefore prepare rice for you But in the breakfast buffet, we have fried rice but you don't eat. And showing impolite verbs The hotel also wants to serve you on the next occasion as well.
