Asked for a receipt and told me that they would email me one and it never came

Thank you for letting me know your issue, this seems to be a miscommunication. Expedia should have emailed you a receipt for your stay, because that's who you paid for this reservation. Anytime a guest uses a prepaid reservation option the hotel is never shown what you paid for that room, which also means there's not a receipt we can print off for you or email you. This isn't just our policy; this is how it would be for any hotel regarding a prepaid reservation. If you never received your emailed receipt from Expedia, I would definitely encourage you to reach out to them. We apologize for the misunderstanding, and we hope every other aspect of your stay was good. Thank you for choosing Super 8 Cheyenne.

AC was not working properly. Discovered it at midnight. Room.was updated but a/c heat was old

Sheets, bedding, pillows were old and worn. Breakfast was very meager

The pillows are about 10 inches in length certainly not standard size. The air conditioner runs for a few minutes and then quits. Didn't turn on at all while we slept even though we had it set on 64. The person checking us in is very unhospitable. The room was below the parking lot and our window viewed the undercarriage of the vehicles parked there. We will never book a super 8 again.

We appreciate you telling us about the A/C unit, no one has brought it to our attention before, so we thank you for letting us know, our maintenance will fix it promptly. I am also sorry to hear about your check in experience, that front desk is still new, but I will be speaking with her about this situation. In regard to the first floor being garden level this is not typical for most Super 8's so I wouldn't let that impact your staying at other Super 8's, most won't have that. Again, we greatly apologize for your negative experience at our hotel, we thank you for your feedback. We hope the rest of your trip is good.

Nice, quiet, comfortable and clean. Great for a quick sleep on a road trip & the front desk staff were friendly.
