The person in charge is so impolite and nasty I would never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel, service is lousy and property is unclean.

Madame, votre commentaire ainsi que la répétition de ce dernier en dit long sur votre personnage... Je vous réécris ce que j'avais écrit en message privé..................."Merci Madame de votre message surprenant. En effet, vous avez opté pour une résa automatique & électronique sans contact humain. Cette résa vous communiquait toutes les infos utiles à votre séjour. -A- Le jour du check-in, vous nous appelez afin de nous demander l'heure de d'arrivée. Je vous ai gentiment réconforté en vous invitant à arriver quand bon vous semble. Puis vous m'avez ensuite appelé 3 fois après 23h30: -1- pour nous demander sur quel parking vous garer. je vous ai précisé de rester sur le parking ext (sur lequel vous étiez...) --> le lendemain, nous constatons que vous êtes garée dans le parking intérieur... ce dernier payant (10€) & impérativement réservable, comme indiqué sur le descriptif électronique de votre résa. -2- Idem, vous me rappelez pour savoir comment rentrer dans le bâtiment. Je vous l'avais descrit préalablement. -3- Vous rappelez encore, pour me demander dans quel bâtiment vous êtes hébergée et dans quelle chambre... Alors que vous étiez déjà dans notre bâtiment qui est le seul et que la porte clé de votre carte indiquait chambre n°001... et vous avez hésité entre le n° de chambre 001 & le numéro de référence carte 48A. & l'étage... Je vous l'accorde j'ai rigolé à ce moment-là. -B- le lendemain matin, vous me demandez d'être upgradé pour avoir une suite f2 plan. Sans obligation, j'accepte en discounttant le supplément à 12€ au lieu de 21€... je regrette donc que vous n'ayez pas apprécié, ma disponibilté, mon service et ma courtoisie."

True hospitality

this to me is an unfair critique of this hotel as they were under renovation during our stay, but i will say that the staff was excellent, helpful and friendly. for that alone, i would give this hotel another chance after renovations

Wonderful!

Pros: Cyril Location Accommodation
Cons: Internet access was via ethernet connection in the rooms but no wifi was available unfortunately.
Location: Only stayed for one night but a peaceful location and very beautiful scenery. Seemed to be lots to do but did not have time.
We stayed here at the end of August 2014 with our two teenage daughters (age 17 and 18). What a wonderful place! Cyril on reception was brilliant and keen to help in any way he could, whether it be questions about the hotel or questions on where to eat or shop. Our accommodation was great with a balcony which allowed us to catch the evening sun and even eat outside if we wished. The beds were very comfortable and even our girls reported that the sofa bed in the lounge was very comfortable too. We only were able to stay for one night as we were on our way back to Calais but we promise to stay again, Cyril tells us they even take dogs for an extra charge! Thank you for making our short stay so lovely!

Cons: rip it to the bone and remodel
It's an old property. Small rooms. The room was extremely dirty. Cobweb and dark patches that looked like mold on the walls and ceiling. All things in the kitchen covered in dirty oily stuff. One look into the kettle made us buy our own. The room was clearly a smoking one, it was sold as non-smoking.

Hotel Chevreuse

Pros: accomodating 5 persons for one night self catering
Cons: condtion of the self catering area, needed updating
Location: Outskirt of Paris in a lovelly area
We booked here since we are a family of 5 and the flats accomodation suited us perfectly. The overall apearance of the hotel (inside and out) was shabby and in need of a face lift. I must say though that the hotel receptionist was very friendly and went out of his way to make our stay more pleasant.
