A lovely riverside location with a park behind the hotel. Boat trips available nearby. Good food available at reasonable prices. Friendly staff. Modern rooms, comfortable beds.

The property was clean and within walking distance to Chester . Staff were excellent. The room and ensuite were spacious, clean and comfortable. First time in Chester and will definitely go back.

Our room and the dining area & bar were lovely, really nicely decorated, spotless clean, with very friendly and welcoming staff. (My only niggle was the mirror in the darkest part of the room isn’t ideal and the area at the back of the bedrooms a lot of litter which spoils the otherwise beautiful location and property.)
Nice quiet location with excellent parking and food delicious.

Such a nice accomodation, in a perfect location. Room was beautiful, staff were really nice and helpful. Had a meal there which was was also really nice. Highly recommended.
