Melissa, you booked 1 tent for 16 nights stay and turned up with a crowd. During your 16 night stay you left & other s returned to take over the tent, we changed bedding for you & cleaned up the disgrace of a tent most of which had to be binned after you left. We offered to reduce your stay & give you a refund you declined this. It was obvious that you hadnt thought through a booking of 16 nights at a camping site. We bent over backwards to accommodate you and your friends. We did ask that you replace damaged Items but not all of the damage was covered. We are Very dissapointed that you left such a low score and would urge people reading this to seek out clarification from other sites for more balanced reviews
