Did not like the broken toilet seat
Did not like the broken sink plug
Did not like the dirty stained cups
Did not like only one tea bag for two people
Did not like no tv remote
Did not like the fact that after waiting untill 3pm on the second day when we had to go to reception to ask for our room to be serviced
Did not like the blood stained on the bathroom floor
Really did not like when we pulled the top sheet off the mattress protector we found a large blood stain and other bodily fluids stained on the mattress protector and that was where we also found the missing tv remote
Did not like the fact that we slept in this bed the first night unaware

Poorest Holiday Inn we have stayed in anywhere. Can hear every cough and fart from the adjoining room, lots of loud talking into the night. Only one bath towel in double room. Exposed plumbing in bathroom. Plug mechanism in bath not working then simply fell apart. Seems typical of the UK

We stayed for 1 night, 2 adults and 2 children. From the outside the hotel looks a bit old however inside is very nice and clean. The room was very spacious and the reception staff was lovely. Nice touch for them leaving some sweets for the children in the room! We used the swimming pool/jacuzzi and it was clean and nice. Overall we had a good time and I would definitely chose them again. Free car park outside the hotel and there is an Asda express/petrol station just outside the hotel. Easy access for Chester zoo. Breakfast was great and plenty choice. Thank you for a lovely stay!

This hotel requires the current refurbishment urgently
The furniture in our hotel room was filthy.
It should have been removed, difficult to believe the hotel management had not noticed its condition.
