Issues with bed bugs

Only issue we had is they still have issues with bed bugs when reported they moved my colleague to another room without hesitation .
If they could resolve the bed bug situation I would highly recommend

DisgustingCustomer booked an garden annexe room with foliage outsideWas looking for a free upgrade which we gave him in the interest of hospitality he had a fly on his pillow because of the mild weather.This establishment has neve ever had an issue with beg bugs in any of our rooms.The less a customer pays the more they demand and I advise this customer to go elsewhere in the future.They are not welcome hereI am disgusted by his review which is very unfair

We cannot locate you on our booking system as having stayed at the Chester House Hotel and Guest HOUSE.As a result we need regard this as a scam review, as we are not aware of any complaints at the hotel , only praise as all the reviews are doing

Fantastic Hotel
Posted 5 Nov 2023 on HotelsFrom the check in to our departure the stay was first class. Laura checked us in and she made us feel very welcome. She explained everything about the hotel and breakfast etc. she was brilliant.
The owner was also so friendly and he took us a tour of the guest house and it was immaculate, the details were fantastic. It’s a big well done for all his hard work.
Our room was perfect, nothing was too much trouble. There were bottles of water and snacks and hot drinks to have and were replenished daily.
The breakfast was varied and plentiful cereals, selection of cheeses and cold meats, full English breakfast, fresh fruit, yoghurts and danish pastries. Perfect stay.
