Great friendly staff. Rooms smelled so clean when we came in. Only negative is at the time we went the ice machine and drink machine is out of order

everything was clean my room smelled like bleach. my room was very big and clean I had a double King room. breakfast was (fye) lol

A homey motel along the main road leading to the Smoky Mountains national park. Location is good. Reception is a little different - through a window. No breakfast but a coffee dispenser available in a porch with some seating. Room clean and cozy.

Bathroom sink was stopped up. Stated hair dryer in room was not one which should have been checked by cleaning crew when previous guest had checked out. Ice machine broken. Did not explain how to order breakfast. Funny smell in room. Not a bad stay but the place could use a little help upon arrival to notify guests of amenities. Enjoyed the area.
