Great facility, but service could be better
Posted 1 Jun 2021 on HotelsThe hotel itself was great, however there were a few things that bothered us. First, when we checked in, our friend was with us, but they wouldn't let him go up to our room with us. Even when we explained that he's not staying, but just wants to use the toilet, they said no. We felt this was really rude. Then the next morning we expected to have a breakfast as it was advertised on hotels.com has having one included, and they have signs in the hotel saying they have it, but there was none. They did have a snack bar with ramen, popcorn, bread/toast, cookies and slushies available at all times, but not what we expected for a breakfast. Finally, the pillows were really thick and hard. Not a big deal, but not our style. As there were 4 pillows, it would've been nice for some of them to be a little softer.
