I've been coming back to this hotel over a period of 11 years, and they never disappoint. It's a world-class property with a very helpful staff. The design of the hotel is timeless and very pleasant.

Enviroment overall good, the setback is the unstable wifi which keep drop-line, causing difficulty accessing internet .. no improving even feedbacks

My room was filled with fruit flies and even though I complained about it, the hotel didn’t do anything about it. The room door was also problematic. I had a lot of trouble just unlocking and locking the door. The lock switch and the lock weren’t attached properly and was problematic.

From check in to check out Hyatt Regency, Chennai made it an easy process. The room was clean and nice. The room service was good, and the laundry facilities were available around the clock. The staff was friendly, and greeted us with warmth every time. The dining options were good.
