My stay at the Canopy has been exceptionally pleasant. The hotel has a modern, smart and simple design fused with Chengdu elements. The staff (especially Xiaohong) are very accommodating and even let us check out way later for free. The rooms are spacious with modern amenities and the breakfast is delicious. I highly recommend this place for business and leisure travels.

No need to give a try
Posted 17 Jul 2019 on HotelsBad experience! The first room was smelly, the courtain and toilet seat didn't work properly. The windows faces directly to a office building and the staff from the reception told me this was a Tianfu square viewed room?! No sorry during whole complaining. Cannot believe it's a five stars hotel belongs to Hilton. Location is good, BTW Ritz Carlton is just on the corner

很方便的住宿地點，離天府廣場站過馬路就到了（步行１分鐘），前面就是四川博物館，周邊吃食很多，對面有餐廳，天府廣場地下街也都是吃的，景點搭地鐵就能到，所以適合自助遊的遊客

ホテル以外で出していないACアダプターやケーブル類をチェックアウト後、忘れてしまいホテルに確認したら無いとの事。あり得ない話。ヒルトンにしてこんな事があるとは、、
もう使いたく無い。
