One night stay. Clean room. Bathroom and shower working well. Suited needs for one night stay. Can recommend.

In the Room- Wall Heater Not working - Shower not keeping a steady heat - bath plug part missing so didn't retain water - same with the wash bowl - No hair dryer -only 3 coat hangers in the wardrobe Breakfast - Greeted politely - No coffee - full English breakfast cooked to order very good - second morning greeted by another person but after showing us to some hot plates to help ourselves to the full English, he was on his mobile phone most of the time we were there, the food very luke warm - the tables where dirty pots cleared away - no clean cutlery -had to get the staff person off his phone to get us some clean cutlery - he went straight back on his phone - as we left he had still not cleared the pots off the tables

Room was clean and quiet and reception staff were helpful and polite. Price of room was good. Parking area could do with repaving, but no real problem. Overall, very good value and would stay there again.

Staff very helpful , gave us all a drink whilst waiting for the rooms to be ready. Rooms clean and beds comfortable, only down side was the lack of a plug in both the washbasin and the bath.

I am looking for a full refund from this hotel. Have made a formal complaint to Wyndam Hotel Chain. The hotel grounds were a disgrace, the room was musty and the sink was cracked. Our next room we could not get any sleep due to a washing machine running all night and staff walking past our room on creaky floor boards. There is not enough space in this box to type out everything wrong with this hotel.

The place needs a work and investment to bring it back to standard. We had 4 minor maintenance jobs that were needed. None thankfully affected our stay. It needs more staff too. The breakfast service was poor because of this. Multiple negative comments from fellow guests, as the staff couldn’t keep up with demand.
