Property is too big. No transportation services from airport to property

We had booked the Tropicana for a night and the AC did not work in spite of calling Maintenance several times. After being promised that someone would be there to fix it within the hour, nothing had changed after 4-5 hours when we returned to the room after spending time at the casino. Management would not take responsibility and was willing to take off the resort fees of $39, when the room was sweltering at 76 degrees and we had paid close to 160$ for the night...rooms are dated and ACs dont work well in general....i shudder to think what it would be like in July / Aug

Extremely rude employees. Long wait time for housekeeping/front desk

Our room was overbooked and they gave us another room that was very dirty and had bugs in it. Very disappointed.

I paid for a certain room, and tropicana gave my room away. I called to check in early they said no. When they told me to come in the next day to switch my room i did what they asked. Then when i went to switch the room they blocked for me, they gave it away. So i was stuck with a room that i should not have had. And did not get reimbursed or receive any accommodation. Terrible weekend experience, i was uncomfortable and upset that i was told they cannot do anything about it.
