Hotel was ok. Water in shower was not hot and requested twice but hot water was only available the next morning

Front office manager Mohan is excellent, his team is good but the support staff is not as fast as the front office so there is delay to delivery. The there is a lady Sathya, on her mobile all the time. Even when she was sending us to the room, she was on the phone. That was bad. Overall the hotel was good. Food was also good and very close to temple. Wishing them all the best.

I had come to attend a wedding. Hence cld not use much of facilities. Reception lighting can be improved. Towel quality and size needs change. Utilities in the bathroom are limited.Housekeeping Improvements

Shabby maintenance of facilities

A/C not working properly. Seveveral light bulbs burned out in the room. No soap holder in shower stall. No towels in the bathroom when we arrived. They were supplied on request. No hot water in the morning. House phone not working to call front desk. Hot water was finally turne on after we reached front desk via our cell phone. Lobby dark when we came down at around 5:30 AM. All in all a terrible and shoddy maintenance of the facilities. Stayed here in May 2014 previously and things were good then. Expedia should not list this property on their website!

Not worth the money....Better places in Guruvayur

We stayed for a night. The online photos are not indicative of the reality. For the structure and with the owner based in the UAE, the concept of room comfort is zero. Lack of sufficient number of towels (no hand / face towels) and their condition was not great. The toilet was not clean (had to change rooms). The shower door was from the 17th century!!!!!!!! A metal door that you had to wrestle with to have it shut. Had requested for hot water but the management had to be reminded about it. For a hotel claiming to be of a high stature, hot water availability should be automatic. TV was not working and neither was the WiFi. The complimentary breakfast was below average. The tiffin items were left on heat drying them up. Coffee tasted like neither coffee nor tea!!!! Overall, a rating of 0-1 star for a hotel that promised 3-4 stars online!!! There are better hotels in the neighborhood.

Not bad for a short stay

One of the decent hotel in the neighborhood. Full South Indian breakfast buffet was included in the price, which was a definite plus
