The whole town is stuck in 80s, the hotel has no charm and feels closer to a retirement home

Old hotel, not updated, contructions around. The shower is a really hazard the way it is set up.

Great hotel for the hot springs

Pros: so near the hot springs
Cons: smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom
Location: In the Cantal region of France, best known for its beef and cheeses
A hotel situated in the spa complex of Chaudes Aigues so you just need to put on your white bathrobe and go down to the newly refurbished spa complex with shower jets, cascades, hamman, sauna and even underwater music on the roof terrace. Very cheap and cheerful.. Also good breakfast for the price.
