I wish the fact that you had to pay for parking was more apparent, I would have chosen a different location. I did not appreciate the hidden cost to the room. Secondly, the door to the bathroom has no latching mechanism and opens on its own. We had to station a person at the door to stop it from opening when people used it. Since it's a sliding door, there is a huge crack where anyone can see into the bathroom

Hotel was in great location on river walk. Breakfast was good. Pool was very small and couldn’t stay long because the chemicals burned out eyes.

Very nice area on river! Walkable to river boat cruise and duck boat tour!!

I got a “clean” wash rag with a hair on it. That’s the only negative I could say. Very nice place

The staff was great. Friendly and helpful! The property is clean and easy to get to from the interstate, great location downtown. Close to the Aquarium and a lot of good restaurants as well as Coolidge park. Onsite restaurant was great, water front overlooking the Tennessee river with a huge patio and open air dining room and bar. Breakfast is included and parking is free if you have a permanent disability license plate. Overall I had a good stay
