The facilities were kind of old. Yet the place was quite clean and the beds are especially confortable.

Very poor sound insulation, old tired bathroom, old tired rooms, unplastered walls. Water not hot enough to bathe. Bed good, room large

Friendly hotel just out of town

Pros: Friendly staff and excellent car park at no extra charge.
Cons: Air conditioning
Location: The centre has shops and bars but, a little further north, we found a great park around the river which included organised outdoor swimming at 9.30pm!
The only negative about this hotel was the lack of air con (in a heatwave) but we managed to keep the room cool by using the blind/windows to good effect. There was a large car park with plenty of shade.
The centre of town was just a 10 minute walk away.
