Property not as described on the web site. The kids games room was full of old mattresses and the pool was closed. Hotel was generally unclean and the bar was unstaffed most of the time.

The Altorea is one of the best hotels we have stayed in, and we travel a lot every year. The room was spotless, the bed comfortable, and the staff helpful. It's on an excellent sutuation for the motorway system. We will certainly stay again, and highly recommend it.

The staffs are very busy and little bit unfriendly specially for the cleaning of the bathroom and changing the bedsheets
