Customer service was top notch! From kitchen,valets cleaning staff all the way to the front desk! Sasha was extremely helpful and courteous! I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. I was traveling with my elderly mother and she loved her stay as much as I did.

Terrible parking services, the clerks managing the parking system are hard to access and give wrong information.

Walking distance from a lot of different types of food. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Will be staying here next time in Charlotte
