I didn't know it was pet friendly place it was dog hair throughout the elevator and the dogs on my floor barked constantly it wasn't worth the money

Everything about this property was great with exception to the shower. The tub is extremely slippery. I almost fell twice, there is no slip resistant area. Also, the staff never replaced toilet paper.

The hotel was beautiful and had a great environment for hanging out. We loved the water fountain! The bed was very comfortable and the room overall was really great. The staff was amazing.

Overall the hotel is ok. Staff is not too friendly, starting at the person at reception for the check in process. The second night we had fire alarm ringing at 2:30am, which I understand it is not something the hotel can control. After staying outside for 20 min we were asked to get back to the rooms but no communication was made by the staff at that time. During the check out process the person at reception didn't ask if everything was good or gave us an explanation / apologies about the fire alarm from previous night.
