Blood stains on the mattress. Unsafe and unlit area, could hear gunshots. would not recommend, ended up getting another hotel.

Please don’t booing at this property is very unsafe . People in the lobby selling drugs having gun in their hands. There was an Indian guy at the front desk I ask to please cancel my reservation because I was traveling with 2 kids they were so scared about what was happening. They said they cancel the booking and they are going to give me a refund but that never happened I called them and Expedia too but nobody refunded my money.

Checkin took more than 20 minutes. When booked online breakfast options was there but at hotel no breakfast. Staff at check in was rude.

I was relocated to this property by an Expedia agent after the hotel I was suppose to stay at was overbooked. When I got to ths property the neighborhood seemed unsafe and at the check-in counter 2 guests were complaining about the conditions of thier rooms, one of the guest even showed me pictures of a loose toilet seat cover and a light fitting that was not installed. Ontop of these disgruntled guests the desk clerk asked for a $100 security deposit and I did not feel comfortable using my CC for this. In my opinion the condition of the hotel did not merit such a high security deposit. I drove down the road and got a room at another hotel.

Outside was terrible in its maintenance. The cleanliness of the exterior made me question what the room would look like, but THANKFULLY, we entered and it was not as bad. There was a cigarette butt right on the ledge outside our door. There was advertisement for breakfast and it appeared there had been none for quite some time as it was roped off and a sign at the front desk stating no breakfast only coffee.

Checked into room and it was filthy. Bed wasnt made and trash everywhere on the floor. They changed me into a different room that was better. Upon arriving there seemed to be alot of homeless hanging around and the cops showed up within 15 minutes of being there.
