The staff was always courteous and polite however, the aesthetic of the property was below POOR! The elevator would shake every time we rode it, the carpet was peeling in all the corners of our room, the curtains were torn, the baseboards were peeling as well and you could see dirt and debris coming from wall, the tv in the room was outdated, the wallpaper was outdated and dirty looking, the carpet in the room smelled like it hadn’t been clean or shampooed in a long time, it was just so many things that I didn’t account for. It ruined the experience that me and my husband booked for. I understand that this isn’t the 4 seasons but I would appreciate a more updated and basic clean necessities!

Staff was extremely friendly. The room was comfortable, but the common areas need alot of attention. There was alot of patchwork on the walls, broken tiles, one elevator was out of service, doors to go out were out of service and some of the furniture was pealing. We stayed one night for a concert at the Spectrum. We like to stay at the Tyvola exit because of the convenience to the train.
