Friendly staff. Clean. Solid amenities. Close proximity to anything you might need. Lots of dining choices but not a lot of shopping. The park outside at night gets a little hectic on the weekends and the street in front of the hotel isn’t the quietest at night but overall great experience. Will definitely stay here if I visit again!

This was my first time staying at the property. Overall I really loved the accessibility to the city and atmosphere of the hotel itself. Some things things could have been better. There was a magic eraser left in my bathroom sink when we arrived…I’m guessing from the cleaners. We asked to get our car a couple times and the sense of urgency from the valet staff was awful. We waited no less than 15 minutes each time even when we requested 15 minutes prior. Today when we left there was an older gentleman with glasses who I hadn’t seen the entire weekend. He was running circles around everyone, super personable and in my opinion deserved my tip and he didn’t even get my car for me. I would stay again but hope those aspects are better.

We stoped in Charlotte for the first time because we were leaving our home in Palm Beach for the season & headed home to Ontario; it was our midway stop. Everyone from the valet to front desk was very friendly. The corner suite we were in exceeded my expectations. Great food at hotel restaurant.
