The water was insanely hot. I lately burned my hand on the low setting. I felt that was not safe. My fridge was not cooling so the food I put in there was ruined. The hotel offered a food credit of $50 but upon check out it was not applied and credit card was charged. I had to call the front desk and was told that my credit card would be refunded. The room was well appointed and staff was courteous. My room had an excellent view of the stadium, you could literally see the game. The roof top bar was awesome and drinks were great. Depending on the floor you are on, you can hear the music from the bar which could be pretty intense. I was on the 17 th floor so no issues with sound. The female bartender did not play, fast and professional. Drinks were top tier! The restaurant Angelines was very cute and the food and drinks were great there as well. The hotel was in walking distance to some great restaurants and the ball park.

Excellent Location for the Bank of America Stadium. Lots of restaurants/food trucks in the area. My only complaint was the air conditioning was lacking at night (probably due to sensors.) Would stay there again!

Overall it was a great stay. The front desk especially Angel was excellent. There was one bartender at Angeline’s who was definitely having a bad day. Basically rude. The other bartender was great. Would definitely stay again just avoid that one guy as he by himself brought the rating down from 5 to 4.

Staff were all excellent! Easy check in and check out process. The room was very clean. Will definitely stay there again!

Chrck in time was 3 pm and room wasnt ready until almost 5 pm we had a concert we needed to be at by 5 and were late due to the hotel not being ready. I booked this expensive hotel so I would have no worries and it was terrible
