The hotel provided a serene and secure environment with outstanding customer service. While the gentleman with long curly hair could have been more helpful in managing the long line, not everyone excels in service. However, the young lady who checked us in was calm and professional, and another staff member was exceptionally kind to my children. Overall, it was an incredible place!

The hotel itself was good. The staff on the other hand was really shifty. They charge for on site parking which is mentioned but I think it’s ridiculous with the amount you pay for the room. The most concerning thing is that upon checkout I asked what were any charges we had on the card I had given them for the required deposit and they told me it was just for the breakfast we had charged to the room, which was fine. However once I left and went to the airport they charged the card I had left for the deposit (not the same card I booked the room with) for the actual room stay that I had already paid for through Expedia. So I’m at the airport and see this unauthorized charge go through on my card (I get notifications from capital one anytime charges are applied) and I call to inquire and the staff member tells me that they are having problems with Expedia so they just decided to charge the card I had given them for a deposit the night before for the entire room amount. Like, what the heck? After threatening to call police for fraud, they refunded the charge on my card but it’s still (2 days later) not available for use on my account. I spend a ton of money with Hilton every year traveling to different locations and I’ve never had this type of experience with them but this was a horrible experience and the staff was rude to me about it as well. Their issues with Expedia have nothing to do with me. Will not ever stay here again.
