Vending machines and ice were out of order. The restaurant did NOT open at 7 am for breakfast/coffee, instead we were told it would be another 15-20 minute wait at 7 a.m. when they were scheduled to open. Transportation took an hour to arrive at the airport after 3 phone calls requesting a pick up...the driver finally arrived and the drive was 7 minutes to the hotel, unacceptable to have to wait after traveling all day, that is the reason we booked the hotel initially, it was a failure. Hilton should credit our account with points to accommodate our terrible experience. Honors # 172845664

Only needed to stay a short night due to a canceled flight all was great EXCEPT my A/C wasn’t working and neither was the fridge. I did report the A/C but bc it was after MN chose to not have it fixed but it was HOT.

Great hotel option when there are not many options around the Charlotte airport!! The check in process was tedious, but the room was fantastic! They could also improve the wine selection in the bar downstairs. Otherwise it was a great experience!

We arrive later in the day hungry, tired after driving from usc for orientation . The front desk person was so friendly and helpful. I even won a free entree which we used for dinner that night. It’s very close to the airport and easy to get to.

Their shutter priorities pilots instead other customers, need much longer wait time. Room also sold out even I already have reservations. I was kicked out and have to move to another hotel

I like the Hotel's open design. I haven't stayed in that design for years. The last time I think was in Atlanta.
