Checked in at 2:30, do not disturb sign on door. Staff said they would SMS the dinner menu and to bring the breakfast order down by 9 pm. 3 hours after lying down, they called my do not disturb room and woke me up. I was upset and went to the front desk to complain. Staff repeatedly claimed I had “numerous” disrespectful communication with staff and guests. I interacted with staff one time and never spoke to guests. Guests were outside my room at 8 am talking loudly, waking me 2 hours after I finally fell asleep. When I showered, I noticed dirty handprints on the shower tile. I stepped out of the shower onto a towel and used my clean the water off the floor. The towels were filthy after wiping up the water because the floors were not clean. There were dirty fingerprints on the TV, potato chips under the edge of the bed. I contacted management who said I used shoes on the towels. The photos clearly show bare feet, which were my freshly washed feet stepping onto the towel to mop up water. When the hotel received my complaint, they repeatedly claimed I had “numerous” interactions with staff and guests and accused me of defamation when I said the room was not COVID clean as advertised. I sent the photographs to Expedia. Expedia sent 3 SMS to the exact same number the hotel claimed was invalid (as their excuse for calling a do not disturb room)

Bonjour, Je ne peux constater que votre mauvaise fois dans votre commentaire, vous avez certainement mit le "ne pas déranger" sur la porte mais il vous a été dit que mes collaborateurs communiqueraient soit par SMS ou par téléphone pour vous informer des propositions de diner suite à votre demande lors de votre check-in . Le fait de redescendre en pyjama à la réception et de hurler auprès de la réception sachant qu'ils ne sont pas censés savoir que vous dormiez, je ne comprend pas votre démarche. Pour la propreté de la chambre , je constate de nouveau votre mauvaise fois car nos chambres sont faites tous le jours et avec énormément de rigueur il suffit de voir les différents commentaires sur l'équipe de ménage. Je reste à votre disposition pour échanger si vous le souhaitez.Cordialement, Olivier - Gérant

Ardennes trip

Good location. We walked to the city center a few times, and the national park was close by car. Parking was 7 euros per day in front of the hotel.

We had an excellent stay. They treated our family incredibly well, had our kids bedding made already before we arrived and even had toys for them when we got to our room. A+ service, and rooms.
