The property is pretty massive- the rooms are spacious, the accommodation is a level up from rooms where we normally stay. In other words, the amenities in the room are an upgrade. We’ve stayed here once before and it is just as nice. Everything works. Staff are efficient. Lots of parking. Restaurant on site.

Shower head was broke. Coffee maker broke. Ice maker on fist level not functional.

Great place to stay for our business trips to Charleston. Staff and rooms are great!

The room was clean and very spacious, the staff was pleasant and the rate was great. The only downfall was the tvs could’ve been upgraded, they give you basic cable but these days people are used to phone mirroring or Roku tvs to enjoys movies and shows without commercial interruption.

Quiet room with a comfortable bed. Only issue staying there twice is the loud hvac units in the rooms. Bathroom clean, hallways clean too. We stay on second floor. Hard to turn left out of the property so be patient.

Food from restaurant was not good. Keys to room kept not working and we had to go to front desk to get them changed three times
