Probably the nicest place to stay if you’re using a hotel chain and the staff was super friendly and attentive.

The view of the water and boats were awesome. The outdoor fire pit area was relaxing and room was nice and clean.

Never would come back! So hard to get to. Not worth the trouble.

the shower floor makes noise when you bathe and the restaurant is expensive

We visited from out of state and since the name is ‘downtown’ we expected it to be closer to the main downtown tourist area but the view was incredible! The only negative I felt was the restaurant doesn’t serve lunch. There was severe weather one day and we were stuck in the room and not having lunch options other than overpriced snacks was frustrating. Other than that I highly recommend this hotel.

We had booked a room with water view and balcony. When we got there we were shown a room overlooking the AC units and told we rooms we booked with Expedia was not available but if it was it would be $900! Not so, I went to Hilton's website and found the view/balcony room available for $389. What's up??
