Very disappointing hotel. I'm sure at one time the hotel was a great property but it is now in serious need of investment attention and care. The park next to the property has been closed for the last 5 years which is not mentioned or obvious when booking. The staff are not uniformed so hard to tell who is staff and most of them are sat around doing nothing but looking at their mobiles. we waited an eternity for our meal in the restaurant and the 1st night there was a function so unable to order a meal or sit in the restaurant. The same cigarette butt remained on the floor to the entrance of the property for 3 days.

The nicest Pousada in Chapada

Pros: Fantastic Staff. Top-notch breakfast with freshly prepared eggs, a warm selection, lots of fresh fruits and home-made gourmet jams and cakes.
Cons: The Standard rooms were for too small for the rates. The owner did address our issue with the bedroom size at no cost. We were very pleased.
Location: 2 blocks from the Bus Station. There are almost hourly buses from Cuiaba to Chapada.
Walking distance to the small and charming downtown.
This Hotel/Pousada is a very unique piece of property facing a very green municipal park.
The decor and art in the shared areas is pretty amazing. The breakfast was outstanding.
The staff was extremely courteous and kind. They were ready to address any requests promptly.
Rooms were impeccably clean. Comfortable beds, everything worked very well

Apartamento 15 bem na beira da rua, com muito barulho. Não ficarei mais neste quarto. Somente se for nos mais afastados.
