I recently stayed at Grand city hotel and unfortunately, my experience was tainted by their rigid check-in policy. Despite requesting an early check-in due to a grueling 25-hour flight, I was shocked to be charged an exorbitant $50 fee just to check in 2 hours early. This felt like a blatant money grab and showed a lack of empathy towards tired travelers. While the hotel itself was comfortable, but very noisy because of construction work, this unnecessary charge left a sour taste in my mouth and I cannot recommend it to others."

This is Grand City Hotel. I am sorry to hear that you are offended by the early check-in fee. Check-in time at our hotel is from 15:00, and a fee of 22,000 won per hour in Korean currency is inevitable. Information is also left on Expedia . Most hotels in Korea also apply the same policy, so we ask for your understanding in this regard. I hope you were satisfied with your business trip to Korea. thank you

This hotel is pretty good except front desk staff's attitude. The staff at front desk was unprofessional attitude and I was very uncomfortable with him.. 9/20인가 저녁에 비가와서 우산을 빌리려고 하니 턱으로 옆에 우산을팝니다라는 간판을 가르키면서 돈주고 팝니다라고 약간은 짜증난다는 말투로 말하더니 손님에게 우산을 구매하실건가요라고? 묻지도 않고 손님이 아직 결정도 안햇는데 바로 "다음손님" 하더니 그냥 무시하더군요..... 참 무례하다는 생각이 들어서 이글을 올립니다. 바빠서 그럴수도잇지만 이건 아니죠?

Reasonable price. Friendly staff. Great service. Convenient nearby restaurant, store, mart, etc...

Located conviently near shopping and dining. Great location and facilities for a business traveler. Breakfast buffet in the adjoining restaurant has great options.

Great hotel to stay room size decent for 2 adult and 2 kids. Toilet big enough and clean.. good bed too..
