However, we switched over immediately due to a horrendous experience at another hotel. The staff graciously accommodated our last minute change to extend our stay to 4 nights, including finding 4 nights in a great room for our 2 kids at the sister hotel, Solaria Tesori. Check in was a breeze. Staff, like Grace at the front desk when above and beyond our expectations. She was caring, welcoming, helpful and even found and booked an amazing jazz show for us on short notice. She took the time to check in on us when we were not at breakfast the next morning along with sending coffee and pastries to our room since we missed breakfast! We will definitely stay at Solaria again next time we are back. Thank you to all staff and team. "
