The owners/staff of L’Aguille du Midi hotel were very accomodating, from having a delicious dinner ready for us on our late arrival, to helping with information on some activities we had planned, and allowing us to check out early for an unforeseen reason. The view from our room was fabulous, breakfast was great, and we really enjoyed our stay!

Lovely family owned place with good restaurant, excellent service and just out of hustle and bustle of chamonix
Right beside Les Bossons train and bus stop so easy access to town but without noise
Will definitely return on next visit to chamonix valley

Small rooms and a bit dated
Posted 21 Mar 2023 on HotelsI think the pictures are a little misleading. The room we were given was very small and the overall hotel was quite dated. The breakfast was EUR14 per person.

Thank you for your message. I am sorry that the hotel didn't give you complete satisfaction. We have a large program of renovation every 6 months in order to keep and to improve the services of our family hotel which have now 115 years (one of the last in the valley) !

Superb atmosphere and homely feel. Seeing the beautiful view of Glacier de Bossons everyday from my window was awe inspiring. Hotel staff were very kind & accommodating too.

This is a high end property run by a dedicated family who run it with friendliness and passion. Found all the staff very friendly and helpful.
The food/restaurant is Michelin star calibre

Karla at the front desk was amazing. She assisted us with many travel questions and was very friendly.
The breakfast was delicious and generous.
