Had a great stay. It was down season time, so not much around to do in the season between ski and summer.

Fabulous hotel. Great location, loved the spa, a lovely area to relax in. Rooms super clean & very comfortable.

Great hotel! Conveniently located next to bus stops which take you to Les Houche, Brevent, Le Tour etc. It’s a 2 minute walk to all the restaurants. They have a lovely spa - the sauna and jacuzzi were fab. The pool is great for kids as it has 2 levels - a very shallow end and deep end. They water is also lovely and warm. The room was modern and very clean. I’d definitely stay there again!

The location & rooms were amazing. Problem was with parking & most of staff at reception were not friendly apart from the manager !

Great stay

Perfect! Only improvement would be that the temperature of the pool/ jacuzzi could have been a small bit warmer

It was clean and comfortable with very helpful and friendly staff (a big help if you don't know the area). The spa is delightful and the spa services are professional. Easily walkable to everything but a far enough away to be quieter. Excellent breakfast spread.

Horrible

It was horrible stay I’ll never go back to this hotel , at approach treatment was very unliked,15 min to 4 pm they said you can’t check in you have to waite 15 min till time comes and next day you (( have to check out before 11 am )) let me check first my friend then threat me for check out, felt my self as refugee 😂 beside the room was full of animals bugs and Miskitos the very strange thing is they wanted me to bring a prof that there is bugs So I had to catch one and bring it to the resption down to proof that Then they changed my room to a suit , but the thing is the treatment and cleanness of the place by the way I a regular customer and every time I face a problems with them for the same issue treating the customer sense they were 3 star Now they’ve been upgraded to 4 star because of the spa But they are down graded in manners to 0 star I don’t recommend this hotel to any one Never ever again

Dear Sir,We thank you (again) for this unpleasant comment further to your departure this morning. We have to admit that we are absolutely disgusted by this feedback, after the action taken further to your demand to change room because of the inoffensive bug that you found in the bathroom.You have booked your reservation three days before the arrival and only rooms on the first floor were available, but you weren’t very happy about this floor level were you ? Otherwise, why pretend to have found a « bed bug » in the room, right after your check-in, that was actually a simple mosquito ?Fortunately, we were able to upgrade your room type for free thanks to a last minute cancellation, and you ended up in a Suite. Furthermore, check-ins are guaranteed at 4pm and check-out resquested for 11am, as displayed on every website you can book through. A 15min wait does not seem to be so difficult to handle.To resume : you have found a mosquito in the room, we upgraded the room type for free within 10min after check-in, we took time to explain and respond all of your demands during your stay, and we still end up receiving a 2/10 review. It seems like we should not trust your smile and behaviour, even though you were very insistent about this dangerous mosquito. For some reason, dishonesty always suprises us. Fortunately, we are able to write down our side of the story.We hope that you wouldn't dare book again in our establishment with such bad comment after your check-out.Best regards,
