Great boutique hotel. We were upgraded to the Junior Suite which was incredible. The front desk staff were very helpful and gave us great recommendations.
Only downside was that the Jacuzzi was closed (shoulder season), but the front desk staff directed us to QC Therme just down the road. Slightly more expensive, but well worth the price.
There is some road noise, but overall incredible views and stay.

The staff was so helpful, we arrived very late into the night and although the reception was closed they left an envelope with all the instructions for checking in.

The staff was very friendly . The room was clean, large and beautiful! The location was convenient to shopping and the train station. I would definitely recommend! Thank you .

Unfortunately we could not stay at this property. Upon checking into the room there was an extreme odor from a faulty P Trap in the bathroom and it got stronger as we used the bathroom. We left the room within a couple of hours and gave the key back to the Reception. Expedia thinks we are entitled to a Refund but the manager Bastian refuses to give it to us. We wish this property did better business than they do but unfortunately it doesn’t seem like they have ethical management.
