Good hotel

Great location and architecture of the room and the building is great. If you want to rest without a noise it’s a good choice because the location is not so close to city center but also you can just walk down there. The staff is very friendly and helpful about any issue. Food prices of hotel are convenient, good balance with quality. We read some comments about the breakfast and we can also say the breakfast was really great with lots of different jams. The only small problem we had was the bed. We requested a French bed but we got two beds side-by-side, the stuff change the bed however the new mat was very firm and it was not comfortable to sleep on. On the other hand, this was a small issue if you say one or two days like us.

Es ist sehr familiär. Auf Sauberkeit wird sehr geachtet. Laufweg zu Alacati-Center. Frühstück ist jeden Tag anders und individuell. Gut zum entspannen. Ist mein drittes Jahr mit meinen Freundinnen, daher würde ich es weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten auserhalb der Hauptsaison gebucht, also hatten wir einen ruhigen Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist wirklich super, wir haben von der Busstation ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Hotel gehabt, auch die stadt liegt zentral (8/9 Minuten). Da es trotzdem etwas außerhalb liegt, ist es auch daher verständlicherweise sehr angenehm ruhig. Es waren büsse, ca alle 10 Minuten, also wenn man nach cesme möchte oder zum Ilica Plaj ist das ein Busweg von 10/15 Minuten. Kurz und knapp, wir hatten einen tollen entspannten Urlaub, das personal ist super. An dieser Stelle würde ich Yeşim und Sevda Abla danken, sie waren immer für nette Gespräche da. Die Geschäftsführer sind ebenso immer in der Nähe, und haben ein offenes Ohr falls ihr ein Anliegen habt. Diese Leute haben ein Herz aus Gold, ich würde wenn ich wieder in Alacati bin, diese Unterkunftvoll und ganz auswählen.

Customer's right abuse

We did never stay at Alenos Hotel: We have booked a room on the day of our arrival and we called the hotel to inform it about our arrival time. Money was immediately taken from the credit card but shortly after we received a call by a third person, who was neither from the hotel nor from Hotels.com, who said he was acting on behalf of a group of hotels in Alacati and informed us that the hotel was already booked and offered a room in another hotel, Kordelya Alacati, for the money we had already paid to Hotels.com. We called again Alenos Hotel and got confirmation that it was already overbooked. Even though the proposed hotel didn't have good comments, we accepted the offer because it was late, money was already taken and the person who made the offer persuaded us that we would get even a better accommodation than the original one. Unfortunately that was not true. The hotel did not meet an acceptable level of cleanliness, the bathroom was extremely dirty and not in proper function. We realized later that for the price we paid we could have stayed in a much much better place. Since no booking was done through Hotels.com for Kordelya Alacati, we cannot publish a comment for it but we have photo/video evidence available. We are also very disappointed that Alenos Hotel did never call us to apologize for the inconvenience and offer the cancellation of the payment.

Dear Guests, we called the guest immediately after the reservation and gave information about the availability.. We gave them two options of cancellation or hotel change they chose to change the hotel and they offered another hotel in the higher category they checked and accepted. Even the resulting price difference we paid. We would have been helpful if he had contacted the hotel le or us about the problem he had experienced there. We don't have many rooms, we are a boutique hotel. The reservation came until we sold the last room and closed sales. We explained the situation and found a solution. Also in our cooperation with Expedia we charge payments from expedia card not guest cards. We have no business with unfair gain. we wish we had canceled instead of helping. But we are helpful and well-intentioned people. Regards,
