Everything was a 5 out of 5 from check in to check out. My only feedback would be to make parking easier on guests.

Gorgeous historic hotel

Fun interesting town. Only stayed overnight and it rained but still very enjoyable. Town church bells do make it difficult to sleep

Rooms are loud, A/C did not work in my room and I was lied to and was told I would be refunded for my stay but never was. Nobody available to fix A/C issue and they were not able to switch me to a different room. Stay elsewhere!!!

Dear Guest,we thank you for choosing our Hotel OLDINN as your favorite in Český Krumlov and for taking the time to write your review.We are sorry to read about your dissatisfaction, because for us the opinion of our guests is very important.The Hotel is located in the heart of Český Krumlov, therefore a point of passage (especially during the day) for tourists and locals.But, we rarely receive complaints about noise, so it is obvious that it is a purely personal sensation, which we obviously cannot do anything about.As regards the problem with the air conditioning system, it is true that it occurred and unfortunately it was neither expected nor wanted. We have done everything possible to overcome this problem, providing a fan in the room and offering you some amenities as a sort of compensation.Your booking was with an already discounted rate, therefore, after checking with our Reservation Department, it was told us that it was not possible to make further refunds on it.We are truly sorry that you experienced any inconveniences during your stay and that we were unable to resolve them as you would have liked.We hope that you can soon return to stay in our Hotel and we will be happy to show you that all the positive reviews written by our guests are not invented and that the quality of our services and the courtesy of our staff are among the best, here in Český Krumlov.We thank you for choosing us and hope to see you again soon.Best regards
