"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The place was clean and smelled lovely at all times, which we truly appreciated. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout our stay. We also discovered only on the last day that the bus stop is very close to the hotel, which makes getting around really convenient. The airport shuttle service does not operate on Sundays. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel was probably the best I’ve ever stayed in. It was luxurious and spotlessly clean. Everything was gleaming and very high end bedding, bathroom with a rainshower, separate bathtub, toilet an bidet private. The room was so quiet and the staff very kind and helpful. I had been traveling all day and when I walked in the door of the room, it was heavenly! Highly, highly recommend. And the shuttle to the airport was on time and dropped me at the exact terminal door. A huge perk. "

"The hotel was a fabulous break for our City Break. Located out of the centre, but totally accessible via the Metro, which was also so easy to use. Lots of local shops and eateries near by. The hotel was really clean, although I did feel the rooms were a little on the dated side (especially the bathroom) but as I have said, you cannot fault the cleanliness of the place. The breakfast was great, perfect selection and all really fresh - especially the orange juice. If you are looking for a great base to explore Madrid without the hefty price tag book it, as you wont be disappointed "
