Although i only stayed for 3 nights, the staff were so kind and accommodating. Especially the general manager whose name i forget, i think her name was essia. She guided me on what to see and enjoy in Madrid. Solo travelling is not easy because you have to figure everything out yourself, but she was amazing. The rooms were pristine but the bed was too hard, but i think thaat is a personal preference rather than a critiscm. This hotel is situated quite near bus stops and train stations which makes it easy to get around.

This was a quick sleep stop between train and plane and I didn’t have expectations, but I was so pleasantly surprised. The room was beautiful, the bed and bedding was divine and the shower was lovely, unlike typical hotel showers. Staff were so friendly and helpful and a taxi from the station to the hotel and another from the hotel to the airport were both easy. Highly recommend.
