"The place was very clean and quiet, with an excellent location. Although it’s slightly outside downtown Madrid, it’s conveniently close to a subway and bus stop—just 20 minutes from the city center. The hotel provides parking for an additional fee, which isn’t cheap but is secure. There are also several nearby restaurants for breakfast and dinner. I would definitely stay again."
"Nice property for a quick overnight stay, the only issue was our bed was a bit firm and moved around and not very stable. Otherwise an excellent choice. "
"Great staff for reception
Breakfast average
Room not cleaned properly and if you take shower it becomes swimming pool

"Stayed for a few days to explore Madrid. Outside the main areas hence the cheap price but the metro stop is a short 10 mins walk away that had us in the middle of Madrid in no time. There is a supermarket about 5 mins away and a couple of great restaurants/takeaway within walking distance. Pool was great for a break from the heat however it does get busy. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others "
"Good all rounder, great for road trips as good car park and very near to a metro station to get into the city centre.
The pools were great kids enjoyed them.
If there was one weakness it’s the restaurant. They offer a buffet but it’s overpriced and not great quality of food. Breakfast was also a little poor compared to other Novotel I have stayed at, they can’t seem to keep the hot food hot, almost room temperature which I find a bit poor."
"A fantastic hotel, with great location… 5 min to metro. Breakfast was excellent. Problem with A/C as wasn’t getting cooler. Mentioned to reception and upgraded to another room.
Fantastic internet speed.
Many shops cafes , small shopping centre nearby.
25 min by metro to Gran Via.. equivalent to our Leicester Square. Then majority of main tourist locations nearby.
All the staff are fantastic , helpful and courteous.
Just brilliant"
