Hotel located mins from rail station and resturants in a safe area , room is dated but reflect of price you pay. Is Milan after all , bright points are the staff , all very helpful and nice , downside is parking or the lack thereof , expect to pay 25 euro a day in a garage 100 m away. Over all , the 3 stars rating is spot on.

Location is good. It’s about 10 mins walk from Milan Train Station. Check in done smoothly. Staff able to checked us in promptly. However didn’t give us some information about the area. Like us, being a first time in Milan, i didn’t feel a warmth welcome. Places like restaurants, attractions near by the hotel.

The toilet flush button is very difficult to handle and the upper floor’s flushing is too noisy. On the other hand, the few reception staff are not helpful.
