The staff was friendly. However, I stay here again. The pillows were extremely flat, and when we asked for more, they were out. The pool lifesaver was broken. Children and adults were swimming in their clothes rather than swimming suits. I’m talking jeans! There were a very limited number of chairs in the pool area and no loungers. Several towels had long hair attached to them. I’m pretty sure the staff member’s family was using the pool. The room was good and the bed was comfortable. If you won’t use the pool, it’s worth staying.

They stated clearly that they will clean every 3 days, but they never come to clean after the 4th day. They will wait for you to come down to ask them to do their house keeping for the room. A staff would be rude if you asked about deposit with cash payment. According to her, if I don’t want to deposit, I can cancel. However, I still have to pay more than $55 cancellation fee no matter =))

Checked into a room where the window was open when we arrived and there were flies and 100 degree temps as well as dirty sheets.

I have already had bad experiences with Choice Hotels. Even though I booked online the check in process was nearly impossible and the deposits were ridiculous. The young lady at the desk was kind but inexperienced. I’m really tired of hotels that advertise “pet friendly” when they aren’t. As I paid with a card, it continually declined and I had to go a mile to an ATM, only to find that I was to pay a $150 deposit for using cash…. I got frustrated and went to Motel 6 for half the price and no questions asked. I highly recommend them, I travel a LOT and this ended up being a great experience. Never again with Choice Hotels.
