Checked into a room where the window was open when we arrived and there were flies and 100 degree temps as well as dirty sheets.

I have already had bad experiences with Choice Hotels. Even though I booked online the check in process was nearly impossible and the deposits were ridiculous. The young lady at the desk was kind but inexperienced. I’m really tired of hotels that advertise “pet friendly” when they aren’t. As I paid with a card, it continually declined and I had to go a mile to an ATM, only to find that I was to pay a $150 deposit for using cash…. I got frustrated and went to Motel 6 for half the price and no questions asked. I highly recommend them, I travel a LOT and this ended up being a great experience. Never again with Choice Hotels.

I didnt feel safe there but most importantly i woke up during the and next morning with bites (Im assuming bed bugs) all over my arms and legs. Felt like severe chigger bites. Needless to say I didn't stay the next night. Took me two weeks to get over all the bites.

The shower room floors were slippery. The property needs to put on anti adhesive skid stickers and the other problem, the room wasn't cold although that I had set thermostat at 50°.

I had a really rough day and was tired the girl who checked me in kept making comments about me i was quiet because i had been up for more than 24 hours apparently because of exhaustion i didnt have much to say and according to her i had attitude.....whatever you should be kinder to your guests you dont know what kind of day theyve had especially when people like me travel for work. Tired of people making it all about them when we are the ones who pay for you to have a job.....will never stay here again
