The property is in a good location. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Especially Shams in the front desk was very friendly and helped with all the things we ask for; thanks again. The property provided us bus tickets for transportation and also shuttle for the train station. The breakfast was good but I highly suggest them to expand their cheese options.
The room was good with a nice view and balcony. They prepared some welcome chocolates and fruits for us. Unfortunately, the minibar is not refreshed very day.
Overall I highly recommend the property :)

We stayed in the modern part of the hotel and our room overlooked a small farm and construction. Loved interlaken … the breakfast was lovely

The property was very historic and room was quite spacious with a big patio balcony.

Centrally located. Close to both train stations. Nice and clean hotel with friendly staff. Complimentary service to snd from train station.
