Pros: The super king bed and the staffs are polite and smiley.
Cons: No backup tissue box nor toilet paper. No change of towel, not even the dirty foot towel with hairs on it. Make-up mirror light is broken and dusty. Lobby’s cheap and bad quality fragrance gives me a headache.
Management (if there is any) should go out and see other hotels and even motels. For the above reasons the hotel is way too pricey. 2 star 80AUD motels in Australia can offer better housekeeping and backup toilet paper.

My 2nd stay here. Tried a bigger room. The location is ideal. Parking was easy - just note that they share parking with 2 other residences, so finding the designated parking may take some time. Reached between 3 and 4pm, but was informed that no rooms were available, which was shocking. The lady at the front desk managed to speed up the housekeeping and get a room for us.

Really clean spacious room, lovely and modern, was very happy with my stay!

Thoughtfully renovated comfy place. Shower, mirror, sofa, bed, cabinets, kitchen area all were so good..huge toilet size with long mirror with lights..

I feel very very comfortable here and cosy. The room and the toilet especially are very clean. Even the rest of my family love this place. We will definitely book this hotel again for our next trip.

The hotel is very well maintained n the room was very clean. Staff are friendly & prompt in their services. A very comfortable stay.

rooms area clean, but there is no shop around the hotel within walking distance. No convenience stall and not much food variety on the cafe

Room were clean. Amenities in the room were great as well. I love that it has kitchenette which makes it more convenient. Overall a great value for money.
