Excellent location. Unfortunately we got a room with no light. The windows faced a brick wall in a tiny shaft with no light. We needed a 3rd bed that was a sofa bed ( which was fine) with only sheets, no blanket. The staff was prompt to remedy the blanket situation as soon as I requested one. The rooftop bar was not available for hostel guests because they were always booked with outside people. The Staff and common facilities were fine but the room was terrible.

Loved the location! Shopping and dining all around. Very walkable and clean. Comfy beds and pillows.

Our experience wasn’t great. They gave us a room at level 1 after we asked for upgrade. The room had limited sunlight and had two single beds joined together we came apart while sleeping. If i had known this is what they will serve then in the same price there are much better options available. For the price they charged, I wouldn’t recommend it. Also, don’t get fooled by rooftop pictures on website - the facilities are average but view is decent.

My favorite place to stay in Granada. Pool has an amazing view of the city.

Try to find the hotel parking was very difficult as there is no instruction provided by the hotel to detail the street name etc ended up using the valet parking, did take them a long time to move the car from a time restricted spot outside the hotel so hoping not to receive a parking fine from the hire car company! The queue for coffee in the morning was very long/ slow and the coffee ultimately wasn’t worth it as very bitter to taste! The hotel is however excellently located and the food served in their restaurant Santa Maria is good (we ate whilst waiting for our room to be available.
