Room was clean and the staff is excellent. All friendly. Dorothy is super.

They kept giving me keys for my room that didnt work. One time I came back to the hotel at 11pm or so and my key again wouldnt work and they couldnt quickly fix the issue. The staff were nice, but cmon that can't be a continual problem. The rooms were okay but the AC squealed all night with a high pitch.

I enjoyed the total stay and the opertunity and ease of the whole lay-out of the hotel/casino. The staff in every area was very helpful and had patience to answer and help with any questions i asked. I will definitely be going again.

Your booklet in the rooms show the restaurant to be open at 9am but they don’t open till noon

Had a girl that was working the bar and said we had a limit for drinks. Very very rude but the server walking around floor was bringing us drinks when we wanted or needed them. Overall establishment was ok pillows were horrible in the room. Won’t stay there again
