Drapes in room were broken. Could not be closed. There was no clock or clock radio in room. We stayed two nights. Room was not serviced when we returned at the end of the first full day. Never told when checking in about that policy.

The property was in nice shape. The room was good and the bed was great. The noise outside the hotel was quite loud until about midnight both nights. Despite being up 20 floors, you could easily hear cars revving their engines and the music blaring from the sound systems as cars cruised around city hall.

I like that there was subway around the corner for easy travel to the arenas. There was a walkable market place near and they had alot of food options, it just closes by 5 or 6. At least for me the water did not do great with my hair , i had a hard time washing my hair .

I am a person with disability, and even though I booked at the last minute, they were able to provide me with a disabled friendly room which was very convenient. The front desk were very friendly, supportive and always checked on my comfort. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a stress-free experience.
