the hotel is well located, in the heart of the city, however the breakfast is the same every day, so if you stay more than 3 days is boring ...so you might need to find a different restaurant for breakfast

The hotel is very convenient and has a pool (albeit quite small). The breakfast was acceptably good, though lacked much charm beyond the liberty bell waffle iron. The rooms were a good size and comfortable.

Loved everything about this place. The staff was extremely nice. When my wife and I got in, we were greeted by Philip, the manager, and Vanessa (who I called twin since shared the same name). We shared a few laughs and went straight the room which was superb. Interior design was really thought out. We didn't get to use the pool though it very clean upon appearance. We did have breakfast which had a great selection. And, they were really kind to hold our luggage since our train was a few hours before our leaving, so we can explore a bit more after check-out. Definitely I recommend anyone to go! The wife and I decided we have a perfect place to stay when we go back again.

The key cards would only allow you to access your floor. I stayed on floor #4 and the ice machine was broken. The room advertised a kitchen which is inaccurate. The room did have a refrigerator, microwave, and dishes. The room did not have a stove top or cookware. The Keurig machine was dirty and had a funny smell coming from it. I would rate the stay equivalent to a motel stay and on par with what I usually experience with a Hilton brand hotel

Thank you for taking the time to issue your feedback, your opinion is important to us. Please let me advise we do have induction stoves available at the front desk for guest to sign out when needed. The keys are not blocked from other floors and should have allowed you to exit on another floor. However, we do apologize for the inconveniences and we do hope you give us another chance to better serve your needs.
